good team very friendly, worked over closing hours to make sure my steering was dialed and get me home safely 10/10 service

They’ll claim they gave me a ‘discount’, they’ll claim they told me the quote was ‘GST exclusive’ - reality is, I got the parts priced, they quoted me retail and charged me retail. They also didn’t add GST to the quote. Normal people don’t assume GST is added to a quote, they get a figure and base their lives around it. Now -$499.00 in my account with two kids to feed. What makes it even better, went out of my way to get a credit card to afford to pay for this and they wouldn’t give me a day for the credit card to arrive. I know it’s a business, but reality is, they couldn’t care less about the people of Palmerston North. Never again, don’t go there in an emergency, shop around, someone else may give you a day or two for the credit card to arrive to pay I such a situation

Got Swarbrick linkage on my car didn't do the bolt up properly said they would give me a free wheel alignment for thier mistake but everytime I rang up and asked for the wheel alignment they said they had to ok it with John and never got back to me bunch of amateurs
