Storage King Onehunga

This is the second time we’ve rented space at Storage King Onehunga. We were happy enough first time round, but it’s now under new management and the assistance has been excellent. Thank you Muddazzir.

They did not value us for the years we've been with them. Poor/rude customer service. We were constantly having issues with this company. And would highly suggest to anyone to never do business with Storage king.

Fantastic service since day one. The customer service I received during my time with Storage King Onehunga has been nothing but outstanding. Polite,friendly and very helpful. I have 24hr access to my unit, which is dry,safe and secure. I would highly recommend this storage facility and would definitely use them again. Cheers Storage King Onehunga.

Staff were amazing at the centre. They took me on a tour and explained everything very well. The pricing was also great for a quarter garage size.Unfortunately the rooms are not ventilated or kept from outdoor elements. I ended up with pink mould on my queen bed and sheets, duvets and some clothes. Despite being in vacuum bags and blasting covering. I believe this was for to the storage facility and it’s exposure to the raining storage rooms - you never know what is being stored directly next to you.I also terminated the contract with no issue. I was told that their would be a refund as I over paid the month, but this still has not occurred. I was also never offered the storage vehicle for moving - so I had to pay privately for movers. 2 starts mostly for customer service.

Thanks Storage King for your help at a very stressful time - you were able to accommodate our needs at very short notice and with warmth and a sense of humour! Thanks also for being flexible with how we used the service - at times we needed to have different people accessing the unit and you worked with us to ensure security for our items but also the flexibility we needed to be able to do this. Wonderful customer service!
