It was an after hours call out job, so I expected to be expensive, starting with a minimum charge. The whole job was tricky and took 45 minutes to complete (including replacing with a new lock). The extra labor fee appeared to be $100 incl gst. I don't know at which point the extra labor fee kicked in If after 15 min, then fair enough, but if after half an hour, then the remaining 15 min seemed a little expensive.

Helpful and attentive. I recently required a tricky 4cm key to be copied and they patiently helped me with this. Such lovely customer service that would definitely make me want to go back again!

Got comparable quotes for security solutions on our shop front. Whilst all pricing was similar, Phil’s wealth of knowledge and experience got him across the line. In addition to the sound recommendations made by all locksmiths, Phil at Armstrong was able to identify things that the other locksmiths didn’t and provided a comprehensive explanation which I appreciated. Work was completed in a timely manner, even after their office premises were affected by the flood. I was happy to wait but they still prioritised us as their customers. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, from the helpful person I first dealt with on the phone to the technician who arrived dead on time and repo aired my broken lock efficiently. They are very nice people!!

Awesome service, really professional and quick. Managed to get an incredibly stubborn key out of the lock and cut a new one all within 30 mins! Highly recommended :)

Both General and Skeleton key cutting, even by creating new mould, available here. Very professional, knowledgable, polite and friendly staff here at the Greenlane shop, who are excellent at their craft. Highly recommended.
