Service was a disgrace will never go back and spend my money there again. If you are serving a customer and another customer asks a question then proceeds to make a transaction with them before processing your initial customer you were dealing with first then maybe you should of said im actually dealing with a customer right now i will be with you in a second.

Great service with reasonable prices. I've worn Jay Jays jeans for the past 6 years, here is my review:Pros:- Very well priced, you can often find buy one get one half price deals- Very stretchy- Great selection of cuts from skinny, slim, to straight- Large colour selection (they probably have like 5 different shades of blue jeans)Cons:- Like most jeans, they tend to fade over time. I would recommend washing seperately for the first few washes to avoid the dye bleeding on to your other clothes.- The weak dye resulted in a faded outline around where my phone would usually sit in my pocket.

First of all its too expensive like for one tshirt it’s literally for like 20 bucks.... they sell 2-5 dollar ones that have similar designs in K mart. Honestly please bring the price down low and also the clothes arent even that good quality. So Please bring the price down...

Terrible customer service, ill mannered, absolutely no respect for any of their customers. I walked in today with my family and was treated really badly. I always shop here with my teenagers but today I was really disgusted the way the staff treated customers today. The staff spoke to us very rudely and ignored people, when asked for service, assistance, And we said that we have been waiting for a long time to be served, which we turned around and saw we were not the only ones in that situation, the staff told us that they were too busy to serve anyone and turned away rudely. Very disappointing for this store staff to act this way, especially during Christmas time. No patience at all. Appalling behaviour!

Absolutely love this store soooo much!!! They've got almost every category in clothing and I bought 3 skirts in a day and I tend to get 3 tops if I buy 1 as they have great deals. Visit this shop every single time I go to the mall:)
