Absolutely exceptional massage from Shrilyn. I was sent an email for a special offer massage deal. Booked in and there were lots of options for time slots which was great. Had my massage done and was offered to add on hot stones which was so lovely and relaxing. Shrilyn gave the most amazing massage highly recommend her thankyou! I am one relaxed mama now!

I got my first Brazilian done here today by the lovely Sasmita. The customer service experience was a 10/10. She made my first time very comfortable, talked to me heaps during the process which eased my anxiety. There was one thing i was a little bit upset about, i had later discovered at home that there was still bits of wax attached down there. Other than that i would rate overall a 7.5/10. Will give them a second chance on my touch up appointment.

First time coming here and on arrival staff were very friendly and accommodating. I received a back, neck and shoulder massage with hot stones from Sasmita and she relieved all the tight knots I had. Very friendly and love her technique. Customer service and treatment 10/10. Will definitely be back :-)

Today I went in for an eyebrow appointment just before I started work. And I must say I am completely amazed by a worker named Neha. She is welcoming, friendly and extremely gentle with the service that I booked for. I decided to go with a shape and thread for my eyebrows and let me tell you Neha was gentle with me and made me not worry at all about my eyebrows. She waxed and threaded my eyebrows perfect!!!! And only took less than 5 minutes. Definitely recommend Neha and their store giving them a 5 stars. Great job! Neha my eyebrows has made me confident. Thanks so much.

Always a good and warm experience when I go in for any skin appointments. Rajni usually takes care of me and is very lovely, very patient and gentle. Well experienced and does the job to a high standard. Thank you Rajni for always making me refreshed and relaxed.

I have been coming to iGlow Spa for a little while now and I don’t want to go anywhere else. Rajdeep is amazing at waxing and always makes me feel comfortable and confident. They have great knowledge about waxing and the aftercare and have given me lots of feedback and tips for my dry legs. Their Pure Fiji products have helped my dry legs so I get a smoother wax and they smell delicious (they sell them there too). I’ve had a massage here too and it was lovely and relaxing with the perfect pressure. The facility is clean and always smells amazing. Their prices are great and they have great packages around Mothers Day and some holidays. I would highly recommend iGlow Spa

My sister and I had an amazing experience today with a back, neck and shoulder massage with the add on of a head massage… A-mazing!My sister has been sick in the past from massages but they were so accommodating and friendly, nothing was a problem.Thanks Rajdeep and Poonam for looking after us so well, you really should insure your hands :)

This is my second appointment with Rajni and again I really enjoyed it. In my first appointment I got the 'Rejuvenate Me' package that had a hot stone massage and facial, and in my second appointment the hot stone massage and back scrub. Both treatments were amazing and very relaxing. She was also knowledgeable in regards to how to look after my skin at home which I was grateful for.
