Guys, you need to do better! Have been twice over the course of past few weeks. First visit, Sundaes were made first and left sitting on counter for about ten minutes while rest of meal was being made. Ordered three happy meal and had to point it out and ask for a third happy meal box as child left out would not be happy. Just slow and unorganised.Second visit was really disappointing. Restaurant had about 3 tables being used, went to order and it said only take our orders could be placed. I asked a staff member what that meant and after getting over his annoyance at being communicated with he told me we could still order.Restaurant was filthy, went to sit down in kids play area and all three tables were filthy with boxes of food and scraps on each table and all over the floor. I went out and found a staff member wiping a table, I asked if she could clear/wipe the table in the play area for us.Watched as she went back behind counter and put cleaning stuff away! Then was chilling with another staff member . Even if she had not understood my request (though she said she would do it so maybe forgot?) why would you not be cleaning/checking all the tables? There were tables that looked like they had been sitting for a long time. Went back and had to interrupt her conversation to ask her to at least please wipe the table, said I had cleared the rubbish.Kids play area was a sauna because evidentially the air con was broken? Amplified the gross smell of the playground equipment and astroturf that hasn’t been cleaned since the place first opened.Chips were lukewarm due to this locations practice of leaving things sitting on the counter.Sorry to be overly harsh but there is a line a fast food business crossed where it just becomes intolerable. Your staff need retraining or at least a supervisor that is capable of maintaining some semblance of cleanliness and even achieving a perfunctory level of customer service.

Drive thru service is slow.Staff sound inexperience and omg!! You guys are just McDonald so please stick to the basics of fast service.

Really poor drive through. They dont use waiting bays so u sit in line for the guy in front who gets 6 big macs and all you want is a cheese burger. Today 10 minutes wait for a soft cone while 3 staff stood round the receiving bay waiting for orders to be made and complaining how slammed they where.1 person on serving 15 orders food getting cold in trayUpdate 31 Oct '21 they actually ran out of partties!! Lol!

Once again thru drive thru we get home and somethings missing and tonight I would say our food was the worst tasting everything seemed so dry especially the meat the filet o fish was super dry $66 worth of food extremely disappointing

Very unhygienic over all and the kids play area had piss smell in the room was disgusting to just even be in there. Tables were not clean could see food leftover n liquids on tables n floors. Toilets just as bad.Had higher expectations because of the location but completely opposite.Won’t recommend anyone.

Every time we go through the drive through our meal doesn’t come out and we end up with someone missing out on their meal or we have to go in and re do our order… Had 3 people bring out other people’s orders to us while we were parked up. Pretty shocking

Hardly get the orders right, service is terrible everytime ive been there which is all of a hand full of times if that, both drive through and walk in. Left waiting for ages which mean wev gotten cold food or chips and when try to exchange it we got attitude and or ignored. Just stopped going to save the complaints and wasting money an time.

Today I went in around 1040 and placed my order. All was good but then I had a long wait for my order. I will admit it was a larger order however at one point I was one of 3 orders there.I ordered a serous Angus with extra red onion, extra pcikle and light bacon. I got home opened it and found no patty. So because of the slow service and no meat on the burger they get 2 stars.

Got a feed here after Juicy Fest last week. Huge line out to the road and all of us hyped from the gig! Despite this the team done well to smash thru all the customers a lot faster then expected and the food was still on point! Customer service was awesome, staff were polite and as far as takeaways at 11.30pm go I really couldn't fault anything!

It tastes like McDonald's alright. They have a tablet where you can choose songs to play. Of course, the sound is so low, and the place is so loud that you can't hear the songs anyway. However, you can watch the videos for the songs that have them.
