Terrible customer service. Bought a faulty label printer and tried to return it the next day for one that worked. First i got told my batteries feel flat (they were brand new) then got told they had to check with the supplier if they could return it. Treated rudely by all staff and ended up having to pay for the label tape the staff used to test the printer.

Rubbish customer service every time. Appalling.

Never answer their phone !! Even when you go through the customer care line.And their inventory is always way out ! Must be at 50% or below. Computer is never right . Head office should check this store out for some training on inventory management .

Absolutely terrible service. Waited an hour and a half for a photo to be printed in A5, A5!!!! - after they told me it would be 5 minutes.Not satisfied in the slightest and will not be returning.

Awful service, I definitely do not recommend this shop for taking photo, unprofessional and un-helpful staff. I went there to take an ID photo, waited in a que for a while and then they told me their camera is out of battery!! sigh! you do not have spare battery and spar camera?! they told me that If I wait for half an hour they can charge and take the photo, I came back after half an hour to see they have not charged the camera yet :( ,I managed to be there later to get my photo taken by one of the unprofessional and unfriendly staff who took my email to send the photo file and guess what? I never received it. Very poor customer service and unpleasant behavior.I will never go there for photo/print stuff.

Went in at 3:30pm 17/01/23 and was asking a simple question about when my order would be ready to the staff member and experienced terrible customer service, felt very undermined and the lady was quite passive aggressive with me even though I was being nice. She had curly black hair, is white and was wearing a mask. It seemed like my simple question had bothered her so much that she took her stress out on me. I didn't unnecessarily bother her but from her reaction it seemed like I did. I even got an email as I was walking away saying that it was being printed so I went back to ask her but was met with even MORE passive aggression. This is absolutely unacceptable, particularly the fact that I was being very nice and just asked a simple question... Please have something done about this.

The Stationery side of the store is always incredibly slow and understaffed, to the point of it being quicker to battle pre-Christmas traffic around Sylvia Park. Wouldn’t recommend, even if pre-printing photos, as you’ll spend 30+ minutes in line waiting to collect them.

Great customer service from the Saturday morning team. Patient and was able to provide recommendations on paper and design for a night sky poster a3 size.

SOPHIA was absolutely amazing. She went over n beyond her role to assist with printing for my fathers headstone memorial day. Amazing customer service!! Thank you for alleviating that stress for me. You rock!!!
