The restaurant wasn't that busy on the day we went for lunch, yet the service if the food was pretty slow.The wait staff were really friendly and professional.

Ordered a Welsh rarebit scone, but was nothing different than a ordinary cheese scone. Disappointed as I had different expectations. Staff didn't know well what a real Welsh rarebit scone should look like. Service could better as well.My friends ordered different dishes from the breakfast menu, which looked great.

Just found this place, loved it, the staff amazing. I had the beef toasted sandwich and my friend had the chicken burger on mash, they had better names but I forgot to write.them down.

My two friends got the award winning toastie, while I got the Chicken Sando on mash. My dish wasn't as hot as I like it but the kitchen were amazing - they turned a replacement around super fast and it was absolutely delicious. Excellent service, excellent food. Thank you all.

It's a pretty good restaurant in the Beehive area. The food is consistently well prepared, although the menu is a little short for my liking. Given it's a restaurant in town, the prices are okay. The wait staff are consistently friendly and helpful. It can get pretty loud, sometimes it's really hard to hear other people at the table. The outdoor dining area is often overlooked, and is really nice if the weather is okay.

Delicious pork sandwich for a pretty affordable price. They did not skimp on the filings at all and the service was quick and efficient and friendly. Decent experience overall!

Huxley’s have a wonderful atmosphere; I particularly loved the paintings, but unfortunately the food was not so great.The staff also didn’t listen carefully to the orders so they totally forgot a drink (we ordered two).

I had the smashed cheeseburger and the New York cheesecake. Both were incredible.The place has a great vibe, and the staff are super friendly (if a little bit understaffed and rushed. I need more than 2 minutes to choose my food).Huxleys strikes a good balance between formal and casual dining, and I will definitely be going there again.

Went here for burger on a plate with 11 colleagues. The burger was superb however one of our colleagues only wanted something sweet and they had nothing, I mean nothing! They couldn't offer any alternative except for a cheese croissant. Although the burger was delightful I don't think I'd go again based on the lack of options.
