Very disappointing! I made contact with the firm to discuss options for any educational support for employers. The person that picked up the phone sounded like he was asleep! when I noted my requested he was not interested and said if I can call back. I asked when is a best time to call and he said MONDAY (4 days away - today is Wednesday).Unprofessional and I will be concerned if any clients that are seeking visa support goes to this firm. Trust me I will not be ringing back on Monday!
