When I moved from Grafton, Auckland, where I had a fast fibre connection, to Rotorangi I expected to have a drop in speed with my internet connection. Fortunately with my Lightwire connection I find it's every bit as fast. Also Andrew the installer was extremely efficient and had me set up perfectly in no time at all. Very happy.

Have been so impressed by the end to end experience with Lightwire. The customer service team are the most helpful I have come across in a long time, the technician who did our install just made it happen during our build, as we were living out of town at the time, and the communication was excellent. We were a little concerned that the internet speed would be a problem as I work from home, we shouldn't have been as it is faster and more reliable than when we were living in town using wireless next to a tower! Thanks Lightwire for making this such a great experience for us. I would definitely recommend to others living rurally.

Don’t do it! The wifi connection is below average at best - but they lock you into a 12month contract. We also had to move house due to reasons out of our control, and they made us restart a new 12month contract for the new property even though there was a satellite already installed (if we didn’t sign up for another 12months we would have had to pay almost $800 to cancel the service early). Can’t wait for the contract to finally end in a few months so I can move to Starlink!!!!

We joined up two months ago with light Wire internet service, and we have experienced truly great service from them. up until now we have not had any issues with our internet services.Previously we were with spark wireless and had problems on daily basis.We only wish that our Neighbours has told us about Lightwire much earlier.

We've been with Lightwire since we moved to a rural area a few months ago. The tech who came to assess our 'line of sight' persevered until he got very good reception, which we can get in every room of our two story home. This is a vast improvement on the fibre internet we had in the middle of the city we moved from. It is fast and reliable and we are more than happy Lightwire.

After years of frustration dealing with Chorus/Spark on reliability and performance issues of our landline we changed to lightwire. It has been a great pleasure (and ease) dealing with staff whose first language is English!!. Response to our enquiry prompt, signal strength/speed tests well communicated (and accurate) No disturbance to existing antenna and wiring setups. Performance as promised!!. Thankyou.

I recently moved to the Waikato and had no internet provider. Lightwire got us up and running in no time at all . We needed a new dish and this was at no cost to us. The technician showed us how to use and it was so easy. Thanks so much team.
