NZ Blood Service Hamilton

Today was my 5th donation, two blood ones and three plasmas. This is an awesome service provider of blood components, with well trained nurses among other professionals. Staff is kind and make us feel comfortable and safe. Food and drinks are served during the donation. WiFi is complimentary and easy to access. Glad to help the community and will keep coming regularly.

Awesome service, friendly and always have snacks

Am a regular donor in Auckland at the Takapuna branch. And having moved recently to Hamilton and wanted to give a plasma. Have given one last week (wasn’t happy with the person injected the needle and had pain over)Today I booked an appointment by 5.10 and was delayed at my work place hence phoned them and asked for a time extension of 30 minutes. When I came to the place the response was it’s closed. I drove all the way from Te Awamutu. And the person responded me with a laugh saying reception is closed (seriously)Won’t come here again. Such a bad experience. Kindly don’t ever call me NZ blood service. Keep calling me for one and and am facing this.
