NZ Post Shop Tauranga Grey St

Rude. The staff on front desk and post counter are clearly not happy with jobs.

Been using this Post Shop for years. Good staff and the manager Toby is always very helpful and knowledgable.

Decent Postshop/Kiwibank/Bookshop, fulfills needs. Nice staff. Just a shame the Cherrywood branch no longer exists and I have to go all this way into town.

Useless as a bank, they have removed the box to deposit money and therefore you are expected to queue for 20 mins to put money into your account. Ridiculous, I won't be going in there again would rather find a more user friendly bank.

The front book/gift shop part is really nice. The people at the front counter are quite friendly. Love 'em.It's the Post Shop/Kiwi Bank part in the back this one star is for. Every time I have visited them they have been both unhelpful and pretty rude. Also, they lost my IRD application form once. >:(

NZ Post had me at my wits end; after trying to get a parcel delivered for over two months to Auckland. No matter how many calls or emails to NZ post, I always got through to a different ‘operator’ making promise after promise, but no results. I decided to pop-in to the Grey Street branch in Tauranga where I explained my frustration to Sue (don't know her surname). Without any hesitation she jumped in to bat for me - Two days later she called to advise on the progress, and two days thereafter to let me know that the parcel had been delivered – what a star.Sue - even though you had nothing to do with this shipment (sent from Napier), you went out of your way to solve the problem for me, you are awesome! - and your company needs more staff like you.Thank you very much and may you have a wonderful Christmas and a prosperous New YearAll the very bestRegardsPaul Wilson

Shocking. They are too busy . What a mess. Is this government owned? Forget more police get more workers and sort out that permission to leave item at house. They won't leave it there....
