Wow spoke to one lady over the phone she was almost sounding like screaming at me. She did not want to serve me and hung up on me.Never received any call back if it was done in error.

I spoke to this one woman over the phone about inquiring about if they provide a service that only a few other places offer, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Just because it is was a public holiday doesn't give any right to talk down to me or be disrespectful towards me & I wasn't being rude towards this person I was only simply asking a question and got yelled at.Then she waited for me to hang up.I don't appreciate being spoken down to or disrespected like I had with this person.I will never ever book anything from this store.

Second time traveling with Hello World Dunedin. 2017 and 2020Highly Recommend.Drew Carmody looks after our tickets and he keeps us in track in this difficult times with Covid-19.
