Legend in his own lunch box . Dave and his crew are a group of unprofessional arrogant disenchanted pool builders . They should of got out years ago . Customer service and respect at an all time low. Hugely regret we ever engaged with Dave to build our pool .

Everything else is largely regret.The team presents as highly arrogant, expecting the customer to know everything (making assumptions they do), and work poorly with other trades on site. Finishing quality/workmanship is not a consideration, as much as possible is subcontracted out, and even the work they do take on board is marginal at best (eg tiles falling off, boxing/corners not square meaning other things don't fit as expected like covers). If there is a short cut to take, Dave and the team will know about it. After-sales support is great as long as they can pass it off to another company; anything else is met with dismissive responses leaving the customer alone to pickup the results/cost.

An excellent company David and his team were very helpful and processional, despite a challenging site for a pool they were innovative and tackled each challenge efficiently and to our satisfaction. We would recommend Pace Pools highly.
