Pretty disappointed in our experience with this company, especially for the price paid.When I emailed to book, I was told it would be a return transfer in one of the luxury BMW sedans, but on arrival to Queenstown airport we were greeted by a 4WD. The driver was lovely, can't fault him at all but not what we expected.Then for our return we were picked up in a cab! The driver was lovely too.But this really soured our airport transfer experience. We've used many private companies around Melbourne and Sydney and paid the same price for a much further drive.
