Communication from business is poor, you have to ring them for progress. Was quite expensive. The mounting bracket for the t.v. had been put on wrong so I had to take it off and put it back the right way...if you charge $85 an hour then I would expect no such issue. Other than that I found Neil polite and he fixed the problem with my t.v.

Unbelievably rude man. Unkind and uncompassionate to a disabled elderly customer before us. Had our appliance for 2 weeks, didn't look at what we asked him to check, even after repeated requests and was abusive when we tried to discuss it in person. Swore at my husband and threatened him. A truly nasty piece of work as well as no good at his job. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
