Karlena couldn't have been more accommodating. I was late to my appointment and she was able to fit me in around her lunch. I will definitely go back to get more treatments from her. She was super polite, tidy, and did an amazing job on my brows. She made sure I was comfortable and informed with how I wanted the shape of my brows before starting. Highly recommend.

Thank you Karlena for a lovely first experience doing a Brow Tint. I felt fully informed every step of the way and it was a bit of fun to do something different with a lovely person at the helm. The environment was so relaxing and your a great listener. The Tint didn't last long because obviously no hair but it has highlightened the shape I want and how to persevere manually filling in. My niece said to try to hair fillers which we can talk about at my next appointment. Thanks Karlena for a great first time experience. Nga Mihi Lorraine.

Extremely happy with my recent eyebrow tint and shaping...first eyebrow experience for many many years! Wanted my thin and light coloured eyebrows to give my eyes more shape, now that I am no longer dying my hair. Karlena was so professional and friendly...and gave me exactly what I wanted...more brow shape and colour! Very natural looking...might even go a little darker next time! Have already rebooked!

Kareena is amazing. Ignore the outside of the location, her little salon is beautiful and she is the most professional beauty therapist I have ever encountered. She asked questions and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted, double checked part way through that I liked it, and the result the most amazing brow and lashes transformation ever. They have never looked this good. And spectacular value, so glad I found her!
