I went in there after no response from their trademe account. And found there stock of item i was wanting wasnt in stock, so bought a much more expensive product that had old tattered packaging. Then after paying for the product they had no change in the counter to give me, so i ended up walking out without the item i wanted, as well as being short changed. Terrible, wont be going back there again

Bought several tools from T&I over last 8 years. I keep going back. Well stocked on my favourite brands, and turnaround is usually only a couple of days after online purchase. My wishlist is long, so T&I will be seeing a lot of me in the future. Professional, friendly, reliable. Big ups!

I bought a drill press (paid $1,106.79 for it) and it broke in 2 years using it once in a month, so very low usage.Their solution was pay to get it fixed or buy a new one.I'm really disappointed. Never buy from these guys as they just want to sell but they don't care if your tools break up. After getting the money they will abandon you.
