The after sales service with these guys is exceptional.After moving house went to set up my system and it didn’t work . Emailed them on a Sunday and they responded immediately with possible solutions .Monday morning at 8.30 sharp I get a call with the reason and how to fix . If you value your tunes go to the professionals .

Was really disappointed after reading the reviews and popping into the store to try and resolve an audio issue and look for a new sub.I felt as I walked in my presence was not welcome but it’s COVID times and I persevered as the last time I tried to go the store was closed.I worked out in about a minute flat that I needed an optical cable, which I tried to purchase (before moving into the sub question) but was abruptly told they were too busy to help and needed to get back to work. Despite there being two staff on and no customers in store.Really disappointed to find the few bad reviews on this business are completely legit.

Absolutely first class service, Graham sorted the Insurance claim and thanks to his efficiency the claim for a new Projector was approved within three working days. I have since discovered that several of my friends and family have also had excellent service.

Quite simply the best HiFi shop i have been to in NZ. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing product range. They really took the time to explain and design a system to suit my budget. Aftercare also the best I have ever experienced. I think Graham, the owner, has hit on a winning formula.

I am loving my gear from Eastern HiFi. If you want sound advice , this is the place to go. I don't get my coffee from a petrol station, so why would I buy my HiFi from a department store!?Not only purchase, but follow up and installation, the full circle.Cheers to Graham and Jas._ Damian

The trusty NAD turntable I bought in 1982, recently lost its trustworthy status so last week I bought a new turntable from Graham who not only impressed with his knowledge but turned out to be an affable man with a sense of humour; this I like.I had a minor and embarrassing problem getting the turntable hooked up at home (don't ask) so phoned Eastern HiFi and this time spoke to Jason who was polite and helpful; problem solved.Many thanks to both Graham and Jason.
