Albany Bus Station
Very cold waiting area. No heater and a bit small for catering a big population from the shore. There are few benches you can sit inside near the kiosk. Not a very nice shelter for strong rain or wind. There are toilets outside and 1 or 2 vending machines. Nicer, if they can do a replicate of the the Manukau bus station. Comfortable, safe, warm with few restaurants/cafe.

I had been on this bus station before and I was happy with the service, but the other day one of the people working there gave me information to a wrong bus and I wasted thirty minutes trying to get back to albany station to catch a correct bus; hence the 2 stars.

Catch the NX1 bus to the city every weekend. Quite a large station and busses come very frequently. If you are going to Victoria Park you can catch both the NX1 or the NX2.

Neat and good staff. Bus service is good. Feeder services could more frequent. It should have shops with food and other essentials. Should have affordable apartments around it for younger working families.

Very helpful and friendly staff at this station desk. :-) The self-help AT Hop card kiosk is great. They also have a coffee station, good public toilets, bike lockers and a grocery pick-up point here as well. All round its a popular station. Just need more parking spaces as the area is growing rapidly!

To the bus driver who drove NX1 planned for 10:20am Saturday 2/7/22. Can you please be reminded that schedules exist for a reason? I don’t understand why you would decide to leave 4 minutes earlier than the schedule. Is it because you just felt like it? Come on, it’s not even a weekday! Ruins plans, ruins moods. Thanks.
