Beautifully displayed plants...very inspiring. Great range and helpful staff. A pleasure to shop there. Love that we can take our small dog. Only negative is the extreme heat under the shade sails...but appreciate the plants need protection. Was sweltering outside in the cafe (March) although very pretty with hanging baskets. Purchased a lovely bird bath similar to their display one pictured but in cream and pink, very happy with it. Palmer's Plimmerton is definitely worth a visit.

Great selection of plants and pots and all to do with gardening service was top-notch lovely lady that served me was so informative and caring about what I needed to do when wanting to get rid of my weeds on my driveway and even showing me what they did to their path in the store when killing off weeds clean and tidy store also lunch facility available thank you Palmers plimmerton

Have had outdoor furniture delivered. Payed for delivery and had to help the driver unload it (older lady) it’s arrived and is all wobbly and large stains on the cushions. Was told it was new and got send the shop display. Have since asked for a refund to which the boss refuses to do so and is incredibly difficult to talk with won’t listen to his customers. We are now having to go via small claims and use the consumers act to protect us. Horrible owner and needs to learn how to treat customers and run a business.
