I ordered some items online and ended up on the phone speaking to staff about my order...the guy who dealt with my order was very helpful & went out of his way to ensure I got the items I needed - he went above & beyond to help me & I was very impressed

Big thanks to Joel! Arranged a washing machine to be installed with Joel, who wanted to make sure he made all arrangements before the end of the day and let me know he wouldn't be in the next day and to arrange payment so he could follow up. Really lovely to deal with someone who wants to follow up and ensure the job goes through in a timely manner. He was super patient and was very friendly. Thank you Joel, the washer was installed the day after speaking to you, means a lot for a mum with a little one desperate for the use of a washer. Hope you get a payrise for your fantastic service!

Wow what an experience!We walked in here on a super hot day looking for a new couch. The aircon inside was amazing, it was so nice and refreshing. We were very quickly greeted by Clinton with a big smile, he was very helpful, bubbly and professional.He helped us through the application process which was a lot quicker than we were expecting. Clinton was very good with our young daughter while we filled in the application (for any kid this process is long and boring), even sharing some cookie time cookies to help pass time which made her day. (He asked if this was ok first). My daughter enjoyed this so much she's asked when we are going back. (She's only 6)We loved our experience today so we will be back again. Thank you for making our process today, one we will always remember and a experience we will continue to share.Also if you need any help selling the brown massage/heating chairs, our 6 year old didn't want to get out of it, it kept her silent the whole time we were there and now she won’t stop talking about how she’s now found her favorite chair and wants to try save her coins for her own chair.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Despite getting a notification email my dishwasher that I had ordered online had arrived, the store didn’t seem to have any idea where it was when I called to arrange delivery. I was transferred, put on hold for about 20 min and told someone would contact me when it arrived. After not hearing anything I called again only to be told it’d be arriving the following week. When it never showed up I called yet again and was told there were no drivers hence the lack of delivery. The plot thickened when it turned out that, almost a month after my online purchase, they had actually forgotten to order it to the store at all (no compensation offered though the salesperson was at least apologetic). Despite being told a new dishwasher would be ordered urgently and I’d be notified as soon as it arrives, it was left to me to get in touch with them after not hearing anything for a week. To my surprise I was then told it was waiting out back for me. Will never be shopping here again!

OMG this place is second best from HARVEY NORMANS. Man the variety and products that were laid out was presentable. The only down fall for me and my family was the Sales rep didn't quite know her product knowledge but she tried her best and to me that is great customer service as she approached us and continued to serve us with a lovely smile and great eye contact.

Pathetic!! The sales women sold us a bed which we didn’t not choose in the showroom. We ask for soft and she sold/send a firm bed. I got insomnia since then.Never Shop from this store!!

Review based entirely on bike parking:This Smiths City has fantastic bike parking in the form of an old shopping trolley corral right in front of the door.

Customer service was brilliant, prices affordable. Recommend checking the shop out!
