If it is an insurance claim, do not allow them to repair until your Insurance provides the quote. They will try and say that they do not have to give you the quote for repair, as the insurance company is the client, not you. They will try and charge you $100 for an assessment, if you ask to see the quote.While this may be legal (and there is a strong argument that it isn't), it removes your ability to talk to your insurer about the repair/replace/pay out options.To be clear, tell your insurance company that you do not want the repair started until you have been provided with the quote from TV Eye, make this very clear to TV Eye as well.On a personal note both the men I dealt with were very professional and friendly.

Our Samsung smart tv had a few issues with the display. The team went over and above our expectations by contacting Samsung on our behalf (tv was out of warranty) and getting the potentially expensive problem fixed at no extra cost. Hats off to Samsung too. Much appreciated.

Great friendly help full service.Took TV for repair (which was out of manufacturers warranty). Reported back within 24 hours that TV wasnon repairable and they had contacted Panasonic on our behalfwho provided us with a new TV. Excellent customer service and assistance.

Took my Panasonic TV, which was 8 months out of warranty, to TV Eye and they fixed it and petitioned Panasonic on my behalf to pay for the repairs. Panasonic agreed - well done Panasonic and great service, TV Eye. They had no obligation to seek payment from Panasonic, it was a over-and-above gesture which I greatly appreciate.

Went in because I was referred here fron Noel Leeming over my warranty claim on a Samsung TV. Was treated like an absolute mug, would avoid these people if possible

Fixed my soundbar no problems

I handed over (in a plastic bag) hdmi cables, my tv manual with my purchasereceipt to them when I dropped my tv off for repairs. When I asked about my receipt they very rudely denied that I handed the bag over to them. Telling me I have to look in my car for it!!!They are very rude and unprofessional not taking care of belongings handed over to them

Well done TV Eye. Thank you for a brilliant service. Having been let down by Noel Leeming (failing to contact me) I asked Tv Eye to look at my 2yr 11month old Panasonic 50 Tv. Took it in yesterday. They contacted Panasonic who paid for the repair and less than 24hrs and TV ready for pick up. Highly recommend."

Had a fault with a Samsung soundbar. Contacted Samsung who referred me to TV Eye. Dropped it off the very next business day. Service was friendly and professional. Soundbar was fixed and back with me the next day. Faultless service for a faulty product.. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from TV Eye Ltd. They collected our Samsung TV which developed a fault in the screen. The TV was out of warranty but under 2 years old. TV Eye Ltd petitioned Samsung for repair and this was done with no charge to us. TV was returned back to us and set up again to make sure I was happy with it. Absolutely thrilled to say the least.
