Pukeko Cottage Geraldine

Loved arriving to the fire and beautiful lights and music. So lovely and romantic! Such a pretty setting and you looked after us so well. Thank you so much!! The hot tub was epic.The Bach is also located in primo fly fishing territory.

Had a lovely stay at Fiery Peak Chalet. Thank you for the upgrade Kay, it was a very welcome surprise for us. We arrived late after driving from Christchurch but Kay had the fire going and hot tub heated for our arrival. With a clear sky and view of all the stars, it was magical. It will certainly look even better when the landscaping is done and new plants grow. Would highly recommend an eco-off grid experience.

We booked at the last minute to stay in Pukeko Cottage because of a change of plan and we were so happy to have found this very nice place to stay overnight in Geraldine. The bedroom was very nicely set up and the kitchen and living room were great too.The hot tub was terrific.We could walk to the local Indian restaurant with its delicious food and in the morning to the lovely Barkers store and cafe.Thanks Kay for a very nice stay.

What a lovely experience! Me and my wife got to stay in the new Chalet which was wonderfully private and quiet. The place has been cleverly designed with a great open plan with the dining lounge bedroom or in one area so you get to enjoy the views and fire while laying in bed! Has a well eqiped modern kitchen and a luxurious bathroom to boot. Have to mention the spectacular night sky as well never seen soo many stars!

We recently had a stay at Pukeko Cottage for a weekend and loved it. The cottage is warm, clean and welcoming and easily accommodated 7. With bikes for everyone to a luxurious spa pool and being located directly opposite the Geraldine Domain playground, the kids had a great time. It is centrally located with an easy walk to shops, cafe's and the supermarket.Thanks Kay for hosting us in your lovely cottage, we will be back.

We loved our stay at the cottage with all the little thoughtful touches, so cozy, quirky, romantic and comfortable and well equipped. We loved having breakfast outside and enjoying the views with the fantails flying around. Perfect getaway place for a break, would highly recommend.

Great house with everything you need. Lots of space to hang out together inside and outside. Comfy beds and lovely and warm. The spa was delightful and lots of DVDs and toys to keep kids happy. Plus the playground being directly across the road! Hope to be back again :)

Thanks Kay, we loved our stay and were really comfortable. The house is in a great central location and had everything we were looking for in our stay in Geraldine. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the heat-pump and oil heaters were great in the bedrooms.

We loved our stay in the chalet. We found it to be very comfortable and luxurious, despite the lack of electricity. In fact, we found the lack of power to be a huge asset, as we could focus on connecting with each other and leave the rest of the world alone for the weekend. The setting is lovely and the place is very well heated. We enjoyed the starry skies when we used the hot tub. Kay’s attention to detail meant all our needs were catered for, including many comforts we wouldn’t have thought of, from dressing gowns to gumboots to high quality cookware and more. The late checkout time was really appreciated also - it was nice to be able to enjoy the lovely space that little bit more and take our time in packing up.

Pukeko Apartment was perfect for our one night stay in Geraldine. The weather was cold and rainy and Kay had the fire going before we arrived so the whole place was warm and cosy. The King room was lovely, clean and perfect for our needs. After strolling less than 10 minutes out for dinner we returned for a hot tub before relaxing more besides the fire. We loved our stay in Kay's Pukeko Apartment and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean and well equiped place in the centre of Geraldine. Thanks Kay for a lovely stay.
