SAVE YOUR MONEY and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.I recently visited Laser Clinics NZ Queen street branch for a simple laser hair removal session expecting good service provided with reasonable care. Instead I left with a burn to my stomach. The service I received at LCNZ Queen St was nothing but appalling. The staff member was extremely unprofessional and did not offer a remedy to cool the burn. I was left to fend for myself and left the clinic in a state of shock.I would strongly advise anyone who is unfortunate enough to find themselves at LCNZ Queen St not to pay appointments in advance. Once you’ve pre-paid for sessions there is no guarantee you will receive good care. My experience really makes me question the level of training provided at this clinic and if any New Zealander is truly safe there.My advice is simple; find another clinic that offers proper treatment. Do not be swayed by cheap deals because you might find yourself with an injury like I did. Your health is the most important thing.If you have a bad experience, report this clinic to the Health and Disability Commissioner and file a case with the Disputes Tribunal. Good luck! You’ll definitely need it.

I used the services for almost 3 years and always had amazing treatment and four-star service from Naz welcoming smile.However, the management team is not pleasing to deal with, especially when your treatment package has expired and requested an extension. I still have three more unused treatment sessions but Kimone (manager) is not considerate to extending. I explained the situation of why I cannot come regularly and with the Covid lockdown for over two years but this is the reply I got:Our expiry Dates are noted on our Consultation forms and Website, we do take into account what you are saying but cannot assist with this request.If you have had treatment for almost three years; how can you remember the first day you had the consultation conversation about the expiry date agreement????

Fantastic staff, super helpful and patient, thought it would be awkward but not one bit, excellent job.. honestly life changing,.. would recommend to anyone because they do such a great job and the best deals as well..

I’ve been to my consultation and only done one session, but I can’t wait to continue. I wouldn’t want to be dealing with anyone else other than Naz, who clearly loves her job. She has such an infectious smile that would make anyone feel welcome and she is just so lovely.
