LOVE IT , I loved every second being in the care of Sandi xo i was welcomed with a bright smile she's gentle with her hands has fast yet precise work and she's a lovable person to chat with , I felt extremely comfortable and I was pleased with my outcome . I done my eyelashes threaded and tinted my brows and while doing all that she was just the best person to be seen by. It wasn't a boring long job with stupid results. It was a fun fast job with a outstanding result xo won't be the first and last time coming xo she shall expect me to be regular customer.x

Had my eyebrow threading and waxing here for the first time, 5$ alright! Impressed with cleanliness and professionalism, i didn't managed to get the lady's name but she made her magic as not too much pain i had,( i was maybe expecting more). Haha!Will definitely recommend for all those who needed a glam, well, i haven't tried their make up or other services so i need to come back next time for it. Just still so many places i needed to try! But overall, this is one of the cleanest and warm salon i've seen and have been at southmall!Keep up the great service!

Lovely service, The allrounder Ms Karuna did my hair and i so loved it, it’s affordable price and great service. I used to go to fancy stylists like RODNEY WAYNE charging me 150$+ just to wash n cut my hair just because it was long for them and curly and then dint event know to cut my hair properly.Here i felt so welcome and not disappointed and such an affordable price from 35$ for my hair. Super great . Much recommend

I walked in after desperately needing my previous haircut fixed up.I’m one person for Bob Cuts and I prefer the shorter style.Karuna did me a great service by fixing up the horror show I had upon my head. All out of sorts and frizzing up.She did a great job and gave me tips on my style for my hair is always flat and no bounce or volume.Thank you Karuna. I’ll see you again in about a month

EYELASH EXTENSIONI am very disappointed like the first time you guys did mistake it’s okay but how dare you guys try to make excuses for why it kept falling off you didn’t do your job properly and you blame us not good at all learn how to do the eyelashes properly it was like she used the 2 dollar glue like I thought this was a professional shop but what is this trying to make excuses to cover up your mistakes like don’t do anyone’s lashes without knowing how to do it properly because that can ruin my actual lashes and it’s not like you’ll pay for the re growth treatment and all. The second trip I got the lashes done one eye was good and proper but the other one I noticed was a bit odd I tried to tell them they said it was like that and then a day after a few started falling and it started feeling uncomfortable on the right eye. And why can’t you give refund on what policy where’s your policy like you’ve attempted extensions on my eyes twice and you’ve still not done a good job at it I’m not impressed at all and the customers that are getting done at Jess express please don’t unless you want your eyelashes to be falling in a few days go somewhere else instead then there thanks
