Lack of staff. Ducted heat pump was installed BUT the wifi needs reconfigured.... appa3 theres only 1 guy that does it and it will be 'weeks' till they can book it in.

Great service. Had our Heatpump Installed last week and been smiling each morning ever since. The two guys that fitted it were very professional. Turned up on time and were amazingly efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend The Heatpump shop.
