These guys are great to deal with. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong colour and they had me sorted within a day. Everything on their website is great value for money and they even gave me tips on my screen printing work! Recently started using Dori Apparel for T-shirts and Hi-vis jackets and have been really pleased with how user friendly the website is and with the great communication after placing an order. Hopeless service and awful product. Please do not buy. The size I ordered was 10 which is my size but the product size is far too big than a 10. Clearance or not if the product has not been used they should refund. That is a policy every company adheres to.

To-date I have already made five multi purchases from Dori. The latest was on 21 December 2022. During this period I have spoken to them on the phone, I think just once. The staff was friendly and very customer focus and ensure that the customer requirements were properly met with. Service was good and delivery was quick and prompt especially in December 2022 when Christmas was approaching. I have no hesitation in recommending Dori to all potential customers.
