Fast delivery. I love the fragrances. Love the new car diffuser. What a beautiful scent. Do these come in refills or do I need to purchase a new one once the fragrance has gone?

Highly recommend! Love the caramilk it’s delicious and Holly is lovely and great to deal with! Love that I can get refills for my diffusers so I don’t have to throw out my old bottles.
