Ordered a seat for a 70cc quad and they took the time to confirm that it was the correct one for my model and then sent it Monday afternoon and recieved it yesterday morning well packaged.Awesome service and friendly staff.I will be using their services again as needed

Contacted the workshop at the beginning of Level 3 they asked me to email them with contact details and service required. In 3 hrs I heard back booking for the next day drop off scooter contactless and then 3/4 hr later contacted to pick scooter up. So easy and the scooters going like brand new.Excellent friendly service. Go out of their way to help. Definitely recommend.Have recently Purchased a new scooter from Forza NZ, their assistant from information and explanation cannot be faulted. Went in day before pick up to complete paper work everything explained and payment made. Next day arrived everything explained and demonstrated by a great team. Rode off happy as Larry. 10 stars.

I got the Suzuki UZ 50 from this place almost one and half month ago. I am yet to see how the moped goes and the moped servicing is, however, one thing that I really liked is their customer service. I bought and serviced my previous moped at various scooter dealers and the service was always very minimum if not rude. However, at this place I went in first for a general understanding of the mopeds they were selling and Abhi, the person who took us through, was amazing. There was no disappointment when we said we'll think about it and come back later. We were addressed with the same level of respect and genuineness. Abhi explained all the mopeds and helped us with the economical and effective decision making, which was great to see. Definitely a great place to get your moped from!

I needed something cheap and reliable to get me to work and back so I enquired about the Ciclone. Abhi was very quick to respond and help assist me, I was impressed by how fast it all took, got my details, picked the bike, colour, payed and off on my way! Really awesome customer service, I love to see it, I don't usually give reviews but forza nz definitely deserves it. As I came into the office the team were welcoming and Abhi took me through the paperwork & explained it perfectly and also helped me get the right accessories ! Thankyou so much guys ! Excellent customer service! I came here for the first time and the office lady was quick in suggesting and helping me out. Friendly and patient while I was thinking which item to buy. The place doesn't look fancy but they have a good range of products.
