Brilliant service from Param!Longer story: We had two vehicles fall through from other dealerships, and we contacted Param needing some urgent assistance. Param helped us to organise a pre-purchase inspection on the same day, and we drove away with a beautifully clean and well-maintained car. What we found impressive is how well the cars here are kept - most seem ready to drive away, which we did not find to be the case at other places. Param was very friendly and helpful. I had a terrible experience with Param. He advised that a number of bodywork issues with the car would be repaired within the high price he was asking. I requested an AA test which he was happy to have. There were a couple of issues to be fixed, particularly a faulty front wheel suspension which should have failed the WOF he got the day before. Param then advised that he wasn't going to make enough profit on the car and withdrew from the sale. I had previously advised him that I was willing to pay the price he was asking for this car. This was very unprofessional and very upsetting, not to mention the costs I went to, to try to obtain this vehicle.Be very cautious in your dealings with Param.
