Elite Joinery did an amazing job making a built in entertainment unit for our lounge. Hayden was great to work with, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about doing the job. Mike and Hayden installed it to a very high quality - we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Would definitely recommend.

Good kitchen in the end, however poor communication, inaccurate quoting (quoted the wrong material, which then added $2k to the bill) and never returned to finish the details.

Found Hayden and Mike very good to deal with. Always turned up on time or let me know if they were running late. Very happy with the job they did.

They were great I needed exterior door hung and their link to rooster services was a good extension of their in house work and a very good job done 4 days b4 Christmas at 3 days notice phils work was very skilled and professional so great case of we cannot do it here

Called and left a voice message regarding a quote for a full wall entertainment unit as I had seen he had constructed one for a previous customer. After no response for a week I called back and spoke to Hayden who stated he was busy and needed reminding about my message.We discussed what I was looking for and he advised I send him an email with pictures, dimensions etc.So I do this and 1 month later - nothing, no response.I email him again to see if he could at least acknowledge that he received my email - again no reply.Sorry Hayden but if you run a business you should always be professional and punctual with contacting your customers. Dont waste peoples time by telling them to email you and not respond back.
