I drove a few classloads of students to experience rock-climbing. What a great way to build confidence, team support, strength, etc. Not only do they have many different walls with specific ratings but they have a whole second area, for more fun climbing. Many of the ropes are supported with counterweight devices so that people can climb solo.

Kids absolutely loved it and the time went really fast. Really well priced and great value. Super safe and easy to use for kids of all ages. Friendly and helpful staff onsite to help out and whilst we didn't utilize the Cafe, it's great to have somewhere parents can grab a coffee if they're not climbing.

I'm impressed because is my first time that I receive a call after a review in google. The man explained me the plan for improve routes in the gym. I'll stay in Tauranga for a couple of months. I'll share more information about changes in this place. That call means that Rocktopia is concern about customers, thanks a lot.After a couple of days climbing in boulder, today I tried a top roping and I have to say that routes, hold and equipment quality are the best and also the were making new routes on the cave".5 stars for Rocktopia."

Awesome place. I hadn’t climbed in over 25 years and had a blast. Super friendly staff. Great way to get a workout in too. I think I’ll give up my regular gym membership and sign up here - way more fun.

Absolutely loved it. The kids had a birthday party for a 7 yr old. Totally amusing for the whole hour. Being able to use a separate area for the party was great. Just do it..

A fabulous way to help burn off a few calories by scaling walls . They have a variety of different climbing walls to suit all different skill types . There's a Health and safety training video at the beginning to ensure that you are able to use the equipment safely . A lot of fun for everyone.

Fun place to climb :-)It has a ropes part, bouldering part - moon wall, and a mix of levels for a mix of climbs including auto belay, ordinary belay and lead climbing walls, (some of those with overhangs for experts), kids section for the little ones too.
