awesome service from Warren and the team. I was about to ride the river trail and Warren went out of his way to find a suitable tire set. Great knowledge, and importantly, didn't make me feel stupid, when I asked questions. He shared his knowledge of bikes, cycling, and trails. Awesome!

Great service by Warren with years of experience and knowledge. Walked into the shop for a look. Purchased a women's mountain bike. Bike was measured as well as handle bars and seat adjusted to my height. Also purchased a helmet. I've only ridden a cheap vintage cruiser bike in the past. Warren gave great advice with tips on bike maintenance and riding advice. I was able to ride away from the store easily. Have been riding around town a fair bit in the rain. Also rode to Tokoroa Cougar park. First time riding the trails. Bike took a good thrashing. Worse I did was land a jump poorly. Stood up with my helmet slightly to the side the seat pointed to the right and right side handle bar to the centre. Was able to re-adjust and continue on the trails. My bike still in great riding condition.For a first timer on a mountain bike with no experience on trails I did fall off a few times.Be prepared to have time available as this is a small variety but busy shop. I didnt know much about bikes before attending this store. Be prepared as you will pay for a good quality bike here at a great price and ride away with more confidence with the knowledge you've gained.
