The lady with orange hair and glasses was extremely rude! She certainly showed how annoyed she was when I ordered 1 coffee. No thank you or please. Zero manners. The guy after me had to practically beg for his coffee order. I'm not even exaggerating. What a racist person! She shouldn't be serving customers!!!

Great. There's a guy/ gal on the till. They helped out to let us fill us our tank when we our credit cards needed a PIN to get the pay before you pump going.

Ordered hot chocolates this morning early, when it was still quiet. Lady making the coffees was sighing and throwing the cups around like she didn't want to be there, However decides to work at BP. After that we tasted them and it was just warm milk. None of the staff that work there want to work there or know how to make hot chocolates

I just went in for coffee for our long trip. Ordered a med flatwhite and a coconut doubleshot flatwhite. The lady on the machine was in slothmode. Which I was OK with but I noticed the young man who came to help her had just blown his nose and did not wash his hands afterwards and then served a lady, then when my coffees were finally ready I got back on the road again I noticed she gave me a black coffee instead of a coconut flatwhite.... Not happy with this service please improve your serice

This place had by far the most revolting toilets i have ever been to in a commercial premises, it was comparable only to a portaloo at a chilli eating festival. Im sure i saw a fly overcome with the fetid odour and faint.
