Very unprofessional. Went in to update our head unit and get the rear camera working. Took 3-4 visits. Then they somehow stuffed up the auto window on the drivers side when connecting new speakers in the doors as apparently one wasn't working. Has been 4 months now since this happened and Jack, the owner, now refuses to answer calls or fix the issue. He claims when work is done on his cars the seat isn't to be moved nor anything changed as he's extremely fussy..just not with others vehicles it seems.

Thanks for your great work installing our system, sound quality is excellent and and value for money. Booked in vehicle and work was completed in one day and they had no issues tuning up our system even after 5pm. Went the extra mile. Much appreciated.

Absolutely dissatisfied. Made an appointment to get my stereo before a trip. Made the appointment for Wednesday, because I’m leaving Friday morning. On the day of the appointment, today, I find out that I was overbooked and you can’t fit me in. And that ‘you tried to call me’ but my phone was wrong.Now I have to go on a trip without a stereo thanks to you and lost an afternoon of work that cost me money for nothing.Very frustrating.

Super helpful, recommended adapters and how to do things myself as I was going to attempt to do things myself, low and behold my entire sound system works perfectly now. Without their help, I was starting to feel a bit lost. Highly recommend! Also, their ISO adapters are cheaper than SuperCheap!

Brilliant friendly service, extremely flexible and accommodating. Didn't try to oversell fancy unnecessary equipment but gave me exactly what I was wanting and I'm stoked with how it's all turned out. From the day I got to my car it was a week until it was set up despite my running work schedule and the need to order parts. Would recommend to anyone.

Went in to ask for advice as my car head unit had an option for an AUX function but didn’t have an AUX jack anywhere in the front to plug a cord into.I don’t remember the name of the person I spoke to but he told me that there was actually no AUX in my head unit and that I would need to have one custom made and installed and told me it would be about $490.I then went on google, found a cord for $10 that plugs into the back of the head unit and installed it myself relatively easily.The guy that I spoke to didn’t even look at my head unit properly.Not sure if the staff need more training or they’re just money hungry but either way would not recommend.
