Excellent friendly service.

Managed to get a very short notice appointment to deal with broken teeth. Couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work

Had to have a few teeth pulled and a decent amount of fillings and Shane the dentist who did them did an absolutely AMAZING job. He noticed whenever I was uncomfortable and slowed down and made sure that I wasn’t in any pain during the extractions. I have next to no pain almost 48 hours later and I’m just so impressed with everything.

Absolutely shocking customer service. A horrible corporate response and no accountability to the patient/client when an appointment is changed due to the company’s unavailability. On two separate occasions, after waiting months for a cleaning, I was told the appointment needed to be rescheduled (within 24 hrs of the day booked) And the next available was months from the original date. When I asked to speak to a manager or customer service agent to address the matter I was given an 0800 number and told it was “corporate”. I recommend finding a local dentistry that is run by the operator and cares about you and your teeth being cared for in a timely manner.

From the moment I walked in ,I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Emma the hygienist is amazing put me at ease straight away by her friendly outgoing personality.Shane the dentist, I would totally recommend. Goes out of his way to help very caring. Prices amazing for treatment.Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed.Thank you team
