came into your store for the very first time today ever firstly could hardly open the door. I also felt the lady was bordering on rude to me when I simply asked if you did free water testing for pools. I will not be held to ransom into buying your products when you cant supply a free test to the public as most stores do in new zealand. disappointing in a small town I shall go elsewhere from now on. as I travel out of town frequently i shall go to a store that does it free regardless.

The guys at BME have been super helpful - we bought a house with a spa pool that needed a replacement part and they pulled out all the stops trying to help find the part. No luck as unfortunately the spa is really old but they offered some alternative options. Awesome to deal with and really knowledgeable!
