Music Book Shop

I bought a junior drumkit from their trademe store for my son's birthday. I'm very impressed with the quality. It is extremely good value for money and my son couldn't be happier. Their customer service is fantastic and we'll definitely be buying from them again.

Brought a mandolin from their trade me online store it came very poorly packed and delivery too a lot longer than stated if this is how they treat there mid priced instruments how do they treat there more expensive instruments !!

I visited there to look for ukulele, I picked one randomly to hear sound, the guy approached to me said it's brand new one but had a chip so it's discounted, but I noticed that oil stain on fingerboards, on certain frets like my own ukulele. C, G, Am, F and so on. So I asked him whether it's second-hand one or not, he shouted at me and said it's New One" angrily. He started making noise with sellotape and wrapping some boxes while I tried to hear the sound of the ukulele that I wanted to buy but the noise was so loud and sharp I could hear so I had to walk away. I am very disappointed by his attitude toward potential customers. I looked at the reviews of the shop and I went there even though it was a bit far from my home. I do not want to recommend this shop to anyone."

I purchased a acoustic guitar from this place which was advertised online for $129, when I came into the store to purchase it they charged me $149, this is false advertisement and the lady behind the till appeared to be very rude and unhelpful, I would not recommend this place.

I have no idea if they sell good musical instruments. It is NOT a Music Book shop. I suggest you change the name of your business, online at least. We drove for miles only to find you don't really do music books.

Same experience with Ash Matiu's described two days ago. Used to be my favourite music store, but not any more from my experience today.

Bought a guitar slide, they were very helpful and friendly and even recommended a guitarist that would help me learn the slide. I was even allowed to test and play around with my new slide. There are some budget guitars there as well so it’s great for beginners

Great place to go for most musical needs i brought a guitar and all the bells n whistles to go with it..the owner is a top man excellent customer service would recommend this place to anyone looking for great honest dealings..10/10 for me chur mean as bro..
