Building a new house, we were looking for a company where we could buy all our appliances in one place, and supplying the brand and models we wanted. Winstone Lim and Lim Electronics have been amazing to deal with. We have a set of beautiful Samsung appliances in our new home which enhance the kitchen and lounge and at the very best possible prices.With building delays, Winstone arranged storage of our appliances until we could ship them down to our house. Amazing service. Definitely exceeded my expectations!I went to buy a 55TV to fit into our master room. I initially hadp no idea which one to choose from but Winston listened to my needs with care and helped me find the right one (Samsung OLED smart TV).He was helpful and thorough throughout - even measuring and suggesting the cabinet size/height matches and the TV position that's comfortable for our eyes and neck.He is very knowledgeable and great at sharing it in an easy-to-understand language for non-technical person like myself. I feel like I learned alot and felt good when I left the shop!Alan the technician who delivered the TV later and help me set it up was very nice and helpful too.Thank you for your great service. I went so many shops to look for a new bed for my son, they won’t tell me what’s the difference of material of the base and the function of mattress. Until I went to Winston, he is so knowledgeable about the product and I got all my answers. Vanessa went above and beyond to help me with my new TV today. It started with being very responsive to email queries, and then staff being on site for extended holiday hours. She helped me carefully get the new set to my car and strap it in for a safe journey, and also took care of disposal of my previous set, because I made a purchase from them today.Really appreciate that you all are working on the holidays, and managing a busy day so well.Fantastic service out of everyone there today. I phoned initially asking about karaoke units for sale. Winston answered my questions over the phone and I went in to see him the next day. His service was exceptional. I knew nothing about karaoke and he spent a lot of time going through everything with me. He even answered my calls after hours to help with the set up on New Year’s Eve.
