One NZ - Cuba Street

I couldn't speak more highely of the service I received in the store this morning. Simon was a lifesaver and managed to get some very precious photos off my broken phone and set me up with a new phone with everything I needed on it. So thrilled and grateful for the amazing service. Very bizarre experience here.I went in to get some help, and stood in line for 20 minutes before I left.2 Team Members, both busy, and a manager who seemed to be more interested with his back room. The 2 Team were constantly in and out of the back Checking with the manager

I can't praise Yanni enough! Having spent an average of 2 hours a day being bumped around different support channels over the last week, culminating in a visit from a technician and advice to visit a shop to switch out our modem, Yanni was the light at the end of the tunnel.Incredibly attentive service - waiting while I, yet again, contacted support in an attempt to obtain the paperwork required to carry out our request; speaking to various support agents on my mobile phone; obtaining a second opinion from the shop Manager; discussing potential reasoning for our technical fault; keeping our spirits up when it looked like we would be going home to no internet again......Yanni was a freakin' angel and he can take the credit for our decision to remain with Vodafone. By thinking outside the box, Yanni identified and righted a system error and sent us home with a new chip in our modem. And whaddya know? It worked. We are reconnected with the world. Our faith in humanity, technology and Vodafone has been restored.While I acknowledge that the initial troubleshooting required to manage our internet connectivity could only have been done while our modem was in situ, I will definitely be going into the Cuba St store to get advice at an earlier stage of the process should we ever find ourselves in this situation again.

I’ve been having a real tough time with my one at the moment but I’m giving 5 stars to this store cause Pako (sorry, if you see this you did tell me how to spell you name but in my rush to leave I forgot) was an absolute star. If there is a reward system this guy needs it. His service and understanding was great.

Yanni at the Cuba street branch provided excellent customer service. He tirelessly worked through my home wireless broadband connectivity issue. I recommend going in store to talk face to face with an experienced staff member for technical support. Calls to the support 0800 number may still be needed, but the in store crew are on hand to assist.
