In the midst of the chaos after Gabrielle, Vector denied that we had an outage and suggested that we get an electrician to look at our switchboard. A friend recommended Strike and we contacted them. Jake sent Peter to us within 3 hours and he was able to prove that the problem was Vector’s not ours. Subsequently, Vector discovered that there were a whole row of houses without power of which they were not aware.

From site visit by Luke,to communication by Jake and final installation by Aidan & Jamie it was 5 Star service all the way.I have nothing but praise for this company and it's professional,tidy,neat,thorough employees.Great job done on my home surveillance camera installation.I will definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.Keep up the great work.Happy customers like me are only too willing to recommend Spike Electrical to family and friends.A full 5 Stars from me.

Luke did site visit, and gave us very reassuring, useful and friendly advice. He quoted for a repair which we promptly scheduled in. Peter from the Strike team performed the repair in far less time than anticipated. He did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the professional and great value result.

I dealt with 4 members of the Strike Electrical team and all were super great, helpful, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did a number of things for us, in fact, we had so much confidence in them.. the list grew, and we ended up getting more work done than intended just because they were so fab. I was referred to Strike Electrical to fix our pool pump timer & while here they also addressed a number of other electrical issues that needed replacement or fixing.From initial contact they were as a team incredibly helpful & responsive.Both Aidan & Josh were prompt, courteous, thorough & kept me informed of what needed to be done, providing solutions instead of presenting me with problems - as some technicians do.Can’t rate these guys highly enough.
