I recently used the service of Aesthetic Image for full-face threading. The service was professional and the therapist was great, I did experience sensitivity after the treatment. When i reported this to the therapist, she immediately took action, via email and a phone call and also treated me to a beautiful facial which would quicken the healing process. This is in my opinion a true reaction to customer service when you are able to acknowledge the mistake and take action to keep your customer.Thank you Resh.

Waxed way to much off and now have very thin eyebrows that look very uneven unfortunately can’t fix them

Quite a good number of services available. Difficult to find an eyebrow threading service in west coast of new Zealand .At last found this salon which does that. One fact , contact number mentioned on the website is never answered when dialed.
