T.H Construction Ltd

We used TH Construction Ltd for a large deck, retaining wall, and getting our very steep gravel drive concreted. They were great to deal with and the communication was excellent. It was very much a case of under promising and over delivering. In addition to Tim giving us options around the build to meet our budget, he also had some great design ideas. We are really please with the quality of the build (the attention to detail was top notch) and it has held up very well. We would not hesitate to recommend T.H Construction.

I used TH Construction to build my home in 2017. Tim and Amy were fantastic from the start - very organised, wonderful communication and the end result exceeded expectations. TH Construction did an outstanding job renovating our beach house at Langs Beach. The work involved extending the deck and the front of the house to add a new bedroom and double the size of another bedroom.Tim was very friendly and approachable and kept us informed on the progress. He was always prompt in dealing with our queries and helpful in making suggestions. His standard of workmanship and attention to detail was excellent and nothing seemed too difficult for him.We engaged Tim on the recommendation of our architect and have been very happy with that decision and are extremely pleased with the outcome. When Tim and his crew remodelling our roof and deck a neighbour said “Wow, renovations! You must be stressed out of your mind!” …and I didn’t know what she was on about.Tim co-ordinated it all and it was actually really fun. When I had one of my Bright Ideas (these can go either way, by a really long way) we would all nut it out. The guys would all listen to what I was trying to achieve, make suggestions and were super polite about giving feedback. We got a great job done and I trust these guys 100%.They made the whole thing a breeze.

We had the absolute pleasure of using TH Construction to renovate (or more accurately, rebuild) our home in 2019/2020. The work involved gutting and reconfiguring our existing house and adding a 100m2 living wing extension. Right from the project tendering process, Tim and Amy were fantastic to deal with. The time, effort and consideration they put into their tender was immense, and gave us real confidence their estimate was accurate (which it absolutely was). It also set the tone for how they approached the entire build project.Their workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding, likewise their impressive communication skills. Throughout the project, Tim and Amy kept us constantly appraised as to progress of the build, how the project works were tracking against our budget, and made suggestions for how we could reduce costs if we wanted to. They treated every cost, however small it might seem, as significant to us and worked really hard to enable us to get the home we wanted for the money we had.Put simply, we could not be any happier with our home and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend them to anyone who is thinking about building. Going with TH Construction was the best and most important decision we made in the entire process.

We have used Tim on several occasions and will always continue using Tim. He is one of the best builders that we have ever used. His is totally trustworthy and the most lovely person to deal with. You will find him very accommodating, and also giving valuable building input when needed. Use Tim, he will not disappoint.

Highly recommend the T.H. Construction team. We worked with T.H. to remodel our bathroom and install new joinery throughout our 1970s home. The end-to-end process was seamless - Tim and Amy went above and beyond during the process of selecting materials and making design choices and then the building team went on to deliver high-quality work, consulting us when necessary along the way. The team were always very friendly and accommodating. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

TH Construction rebuilt and extended the deck at our bach in Snells Beach, as well as completing a few smaller jobs for us. We are very pleased with all the work and craftsmanship that has been done.Tim proved himself to be a trust-worthy, cooperative, hard-working and thoughtful builder.
