Outrageously unhelpful. So much so that I am leaving my first negative review ever. We were not greeted upon arrival, not invited into the office to discuss our needs. My questions were answered in the vaguest way possible from a man who would not so much as leave his desk to greet me. We were, instead of being shown around in a way that we could ask questions about the rvs, told to go look for the 2 rvs that were available on the lot ourselves.I would recommend this business to no one.*I visited Monday, March 22nd, 2021ar around 2 in the afternoon.

We bought a Mercedes Campervan from Cliff at Ace in Rotorua which we are very happy with. As first time buyers Cliff was happy to help us out with our many questions and show us how everything worked. He was helpful with follow up service and answered any further questions we had about running of the van. We found Cliff upfront and an honest dealer.

Friendly helpful service theyre so busy at times there can be some disarray and put face to face customers on hold for phone calks. Otherwise they are really helpful and can sort issues.

I've dealt with Cliff at Ace Caravans over the last 5 years. He has always been great to deal with and totally honest.This year my caravan tire delaminated. Caused major damage. In 2 days Cliff and his team had temporary repairs completed so I could take my granddaughter to the kids camp and then to National Rally. Now all repaired and its like new..Great work team. You are No 1..

Have traded and sold 2 camper vans through ACE caravans . Cliff and his team were excellent to deal with. Great after sales service when we traded our first camper and Cliff gave us a fair price when they bought our last camper off us.

The owner of this place is a very helpful guy. This is my 2nd experience of that great service. He couldn't solve my problem (with a satellite) but he gave me the name of someone who could. I wish there were more people in business with his attitude!
