Paloma Taqueria
Really tasty veggie tacos (3 different options), creative drinks and a lovely vibe and atmosphere. The waitress initially forgot about our drinks, but it was pretty busy and it certainly didn't distract from a very pleasant evening! Really liked how it was in the center of Wanaka yet still tucked away from the bustle of more touristy spots. We'd certainly love to come back.

Food was amazing, drinks were amazing, great value for money, they had friendly wait staff, food and drinks were fast but didn’t feel like fast food. And the venue felt clean and was really well presented.A couple of things that could have been better, considering it opens at 5:30pm our table was a bit wobbly and could’ve been fixed before we arrived, we weren’t given side plates which made eating shared plates a bit difficult.These were very minor issues that didn’t dampen our experience, the only reason I bring it up is because I know you guys will appreciate honest feedback.Thank you again for a great experience!

Came here for dinner thinking it was going to be extravagant. Shocked to find it was quite plain, especially for the price. Some of the food was really lacking any flavour, namely the tacos, very bland. Beef main was minimal in size but very pricey, had some flavour but lacked to wow. Was also a little chewy, not the best cut of meat. Overall I’ve had better Mexican at Amigos, for half the price.

Everything about Paloma was stunning- the drinks and food were amazing, friendly staff and cosy, luxe vibe in the interior. Would come back to Wanaka just to eat here again! Hard to pick between dishes, but I think my favourites were the ceviche, steak and pork taco (fresh house made tortillas!)

Our family of four dined at Paloma on 25/6. We were so impressed! The ambience is perfect and on a very cold evening, the restaurant was beautifully warm. The food was delicious! Every item we ordered was delectable - all of the flavours distinct and unique.The Mocktails were amazing too. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Restaurant was referred to us by friends which was lucky, as being located off the main drag, we may have otherwise missed it. We booked on-line a couple of days prior. A great place to go with just a friend or two, as well as a group. Have we raved enough? Thumbs up from all of us. Book now! Thank you Team for providing such a great experience.

Delicious Tacos and Palomas! We tried the lamb, pork and beef tacos, all very good. Wish we could have tried more dishes. Ceviche was super fresh and not too acidic which was great. Service was friendly and efficient. Staffs gave good wine recommendation too. Will definitely come back again.

Dropped by for dinner where I dug the food so much I accidentally over ordered and happily over ate. I ordered the Manzana Paloma, Rita’s empanadas, cured salmon tostada, mushroom taco and beef cheek birria taco. The big stars of the evening for me were the salmon tostada and empanadas.
