Ambient heatpumps and air conditioning

We needed to install heat pump at our rental property. Krish was prompt and provided a hassle free service - I sent him a video of the living room to quote us and the quote was shared within a few hours. On the day of the installation, he came on time, installed the heat pump (although it was a tricky installation) and left the property neat and tidy. He kept in touch through the process and sent us pictures afterwards as he knew we couldn't be on site during the installation. 100% recommend Ambient Heatpumps for any HVAC jobs.

This is the 2nd year I got Krish back to service my 2 heatpumps. Just could not find someone better than him. Quick reply, easy to get hold of, flexible with appointment, throughout, most of all, he knows what he is doing. Our heatpump was leaking from the inside, we thought one of the pipes was blocked, it turned out the condensation pump had died.Krish got straight into the problem, did not charge the earth either.Highly recommended!

Krish did an awesome job with the install of heatpump at my home. He was very prompt with email and phone responses, I got quotes from bigger providers like AES and Oxyair but they would always quote a bit high and then lower if i got a better quote from someone else which i found annoying and not honest. The quotes I got from Krish were very competitive (15% cheaper then AES) and i didn't even bother to go back to AES or Oxyair. On the install day Krish did the install while I was working from home and he did it in a super professional manner while making sure my work was not affected. I couldn't rate the company higher if I wanted to 10/10 service both in the price and install. Definitely will get more work done from Krish in future, good lad. He even accommodated my extra install request for a small fee on the same day so happy with that too

Have emailed Krish at 6.55pm via website and got a response at 7pm with a quote for 2 back to back installation. Have sent quote requests to other companies at the same time but Krish was the fastest to respond back and to provide quote.Have asked him more questions but his response time was exceptional. Wasn’t expecting him to replay back at 9.30pm but he did so decided to proceed. His quote was the cheapest, fast response time and 5 star google review was telling me that he is the one.Made an appointment abut had to reschedule due to weather and on the D day, he came right on time. Quickly explained where units would go and everything was done perfectly. (Cleaning was up to me to do and had covered the area up with something so make sure you cover the surrounding area). Due to heavy rain yesterday, our garden had some water but as the external unit was installed , lifted from ground, it had no issue with the rain.Had to extend power as it was a but far (over 5m) but the extra charge was reasonable as well.I would highly recommend Krish for anything related heat pumps. You would not regret it!!
