Brought a bed - was on order which they let me know in store. Arrived a week later.Best bits were no hard sales! Helpful store staff who you can ask for help IF you need it. No hovering around you.The driver who delivered the matress was super helpful and overall a good guy!I'll be coming back just based on the above. Cheers!

Fantastic customer service from Jay. If you are looking for furniture.. go to this store and ask for Jay. He is very professional, friendly and patient. I’m very particular about the details and Jay was fantastic at giving me plenty of options to choose from. No pressure or “pushy” strategy. He was looking all over the store for hours and never once sounded frustrated or showed getting tired of my pickiness. Jay genuinely listened to what I wanted and in the end we walked about with a full dining set, a lounge suite and accessories, coffee table and rug that we are happy with. Thank you Jay for making our experience an enjoyable one. I hope your hard work is recognised.

Not even 1 star. I returned a queen bed base for a refund ive been waiting for over 1 week and still no refund. disappointed it takes them soo long to refund me my money. They said up to 5 working days for my refund to show in my account not more than 5 working days. Doesnt look like they have many good reviews so heres another bad review. Shop else where id say save yourself the hassle.

Worst customer experience. Was told the couch would arrive in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed by and no follow up. We had to call back to see what’s going. Was then told it would be 6 weeks from the date of the call. If customers are needing to follow up on changes while paying big sums of money not worth it.

Worst customer service. I bought dining chairs and table. They sent floor model to me instead of a new one. It has dirt under the legs and minor dents to the legs. They told us the dining chairs sre coming but instead they sent us a different set from another store. When i asked to take this back and send me the new one when it arrives, they are not agreeing. But they are agreeing to take it back but charge us 200$ restocking fee. Are you really kidding??? I already paid 89$ for delivery which will go down the drain. And pay extra for your appalling behavior and customer service!!!

Poor Customer Service, They said my bed bases would be here in a week, still waiting three weeks later and still haven't got them. Said they would call back but never do. Big Save Westgate, please sort your customer service out. Be honest and up front if you have forgotten to process the order

Purchased a king bed and headboard from these clowns and not only did they lie about when the bed would arrive, they lied about having a headboard, told me there was a queen sized headboard in a king box and therefore had to order one which would take 2 weeks and then once the 2 weeks was up I visited the store as there was no update from Jay, the manager only to be told it wasn't coming until August. It is May! DO NOT purchase anything from these irresponsible clowns! Go to another furniture store and save yourself the stress and nonsense.
