I can't speak highly of the staff at this store, approachable, informative and welcoming. There seems to be a new energy in the store since the new owners took over and it looks so much better and presentable. I now wouldn't hesitate in recommending Baby on the move, as I have been in a few times to have my car seats and baby carriers fitted. I always walked away with new information and an understanding on how to use the equipment safely and effectively. Wonderful place and now my go to for anything baby!

We've always received the best customer service from their friendly and knowledgeable staff. We hired a capsule and bought 2 car seats, which are great quality seats. Staff are always happy to adjust the car seats for optimal safety and comfort for your child. I highly recommend this place for purchasing and hiring quality car seats.

Awesome, super helpful staff. I was visiting from Melbourne with the kids and the car rental company had improperly installed the child seats in the car. Even though they were having a busy day, someone came out straight away and fixed the seats so that we were able to go about our holiday. Thanks guys!

Dissatisfied with their customer service. We came in store for assistance to adjust the car seat, 5 ladies where in store behind the counter, and was told that we need to make a booking to adjust the car seat. It’s disappointing because they were just chatting and we needed their assistance before picking up his son from pre-school. It will only take them at least 5 mins or so.
