Shiitiest customer service I have ever had in my life.The lady was extremely racist and passed on rude comments. Guy told me I cannot serve you, clearly they are getting paid for nothing.C'mon people if you don't like your job then go find what you like to do with your life.I don't have an option to give you negative stats otherwise I would have. I would give it a negative star rating if I could. Extremely bad customer service. I have been tiring to get in contact with the branch and the head office for a number of times throughout the month and I can never get through, either no one picks up or the call disconnects or I leave a message and I never get a call back. I did a click n collect thinking it won't take me that long once the order was ready, but I ended waiting over an hour in line to get served. Only reason why I even bother is they are the only ones that sells the foreign currency that I need.

Left two voicemails when I could not reach customer support, never got a call back.I placed an order online and got a confirmation email that my order was ready to pick up not long after. When I arrived, it turned out they could not give me the order as they did not have the smaller notes for my 5,300 baht order. Staff member had to call someone to ask about this, in the meantime I'd already calculated what the cost would be for buying 5,000 instead. The whole process took incredibly long and a huge queue formed behind me. I thought the whole idea of click and collect" was that it would be quick. Never going here again."

Been here numerous times and it’s the same experience again & again.No queue, fast exchange no questions asked.

After reading past reviews I was dubious, but received a good experience. Short que, friendly staff and easy process. Thank you!

I am giving 4stars for the lady in hijab who assisted us on 26/02/23. She's very patient, informative and lovely. I would say the queue is faster and the rates are better compared to Lotus. They have a very efficient click and collectoption on their website which I've used today and the was able to pick it up at 5pm. The gentleman who assisted me today was pleasant too though I find the questions quite intrusive going as far as what's my job and when is our flight to Japan which I believe is totally unnecessary. I find it weird too that he asked for my card and typed away the numbers on the computer which for me can just be written down on that piece of paper together with the address and mobile# as obviously the security code is already at the back of each debit card. Maybe it's just part of the process but could have been better if there is an official form to just fill out these important personal information rather than just a piece of sticky note. Otherwise still good experience overall.

Manukau branch doesn’t even close at 6pm! Got there at 5:40pm and they are cashing up to close. Got told they are closed come back tomorrow! Why have your hours stated as closed at 6pm then ????

Terrible terrible business n staff but they don't care about customer lol

Short lines, straight forward service and $10 more received then I would have at Lotus. Less intrusive questions and no form to fill out either. Wished I came here first so I wouldn't have had to waste half my day at the other place. First stop from now on going forward.
